Mr. LoPiccolo, one the founders of Cornerstone Funding Services Inc., believes in a vision to develop new techniques for financing property for investors and developers in the high end commercial markets.

After acquiring a BA in Media and Communications he cultivated a passion for sales and real estate. Mr. LoPiccolo went on to become an international sales and purchasing agent for fortune 500 companies such as Hewlett Packard and Honeywell, among others.

While feeding his desire for sales, Mr. LoPiccolo acquired his New York State Real Estate License. Having a background in sales and corporate finance transactions he was in a unique position to offer financial advice to clients who were purchasing real estate.

Soon, Mr. LoPiccolo would transition into finance serving as a senior loan officer with a variety of residential and commercial brokerages and banks, such as Washington Mutual.

Mr. LoPiccolo believes honesty and confidentiality are paramount to his clients and his dedication to those beliefs is a common part of his everyday business. Together with his wife, Mr. LoPiccolo invests in real estate throughout Long Island, NY, where he also lives and works.
